Take on the Shop Foreman role at our John Deere Agriculture dealership in Creston, BC, where you will lead our Service Department to meet quality and productivity goals.
This position is ideal for someone with a robust agriculture background and at least 3 years as a Service Technician. You'll supervise job assignments, support technicians, and manage work orders while stepping in as Service Manager when needed. This role involves inspecting machinery, addressing customer complaints, and ensuring the effective training of technicians.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assign and monitor job tasks for service team
• Review repair orders and customer communications
• Act as the main point-of-contact for technician inquiries
• Conduct inspections and recommend tool improvements
• Schedule in-house training and safety meetings
Requirements:
• 3+ years of service experience, Journeyman certified preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic financial principles
