Regular follow ups with clients & vendors.
Should have good Email Etiquette.
She/he would be able to coordinate with DMC's / Hotels / Airlines for finding the best output according to customer's requirement.
Filing important documents, Record Maintenance in Soft & Hard Copy.
They have to take final feedback from customer after package sold & record their feedback in Pre-defined format provided.
