1.Overall in charge of Domestic and Export sales of Elastic Tape

2.Strategy formulation for market share expansion and acquiring new business – Domestic and Overseas

3.Ensuring maintenance of excellent business relations with existing customers

4.Streamlining and optimally structuring the reporting hierarchy of the sales team for high efficiency

5.Establishing annual and quarterly targets for the company and assigning them to respective sales persons

6.Monitoring and guiding the sales team

7.Acquiring timely reports from respective team leaders

8.Handling Key High Value Customers

9.Maintaining high morale of the Sales Team

10.MUST BE CURRENTLY SELLING OR PREVIOUSLY SOLD FABRIC/ ACCESSORIES TO INNERWEAR/ GARMENT/APPAREL BRANDS ( HANES, JOCKEY, RUPA, AMUL, BEING HUMAN, ETC. )
