JOB DETAILS

1. Confer with clients, engineers, and building architects to understand a project Prepare site plans, specifications, and cost estimates 
2. Coordinate the arrangement of existing and proposed land features and structures

3. Degree in Architecture with a minimum experience of 2 years and passion to work on landscape projects

4. Excellent communication and presentation skills

5. Command in auto cad and other drafting software, Photoshop, sketch up and other 3D software s and MS offices etc

6. Ability to work on multiple projects at a time

7. Preparation of BOQ and estimations, knowledge of process of contractors

8. Knowledge of site work, systems and processes

9. Ability to take lead on multiple projects at a time
