JOB DETAILS

1. Minimum 1 yr experience required in HR Executive Preferred from Manufacturing , Medical, Pharma industry
2. Handling complete recruitment process
3. Conducting interview & taking part in all interview conducting at Unit
4. Checking Security System & Manpower
5. Manage the Time Office Functions & ensure timely disbursement of Salary & wages etc
6. Handling all administration work in regard to employees, office, security, rules, facilities, meetings, Sanitation ECT
7. Preparation of all notices regarding Administration & letters for office
8. Preparation of month wise employees report (Left, Join & Salary)
9. Controlling of Salary & Administration Budget
