Job Description
JOB DETAILS
1. To Ensure that the machines or equipment are working condition (note counting machine, printers, computer, etc)
2. To give proper and clear information to the patients, their relatives or any visitor
3. To provide all the information, brochures etc. to the patients
4. To arrange for consultants visits, their requirements and investigations
5. To perform other supportive functions as per instructions
6. To attend the incoming calls promptly, politely and to answer enquiries
7. To help patients card, reports etc to the patient and maintain/update necessary records
8. Request promotional materials from the marketing department
9. Monitor submission of inventory counts and payroll hours by specified weekly deadlines
10. Prepare communication materials for the hourly staff
