JOB DESCRIPTION
To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:
• * Understanding of the website development framework and architecture and developing web-based applications based on the requirement
• Understanding the client requirement in detail and suggesting the framework/architecture in which to develop the website application
• Good understanding of Server Side programming along with experience in deployment of projects on complex server architectures
• Assisting the Project Manager in defining the modules along with the timelines for the project
• Guiding Jr. Web Developers on programming standards and resolving their issues
• Conducting training sessions for Jr. Web developers on various technology platforms
• Assisting Project Manager in successful delivery of the projects and highlighting issues encountered by the team
