Detail:
Sell rare coins, Krugerrands and precious metal investment products to new and existing clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals through exceptional client service.
Proactively source new business through networking, referrals, personal connections and lead generation.
Manage the full sales process from initial enquiry through to delivery and after-sales support.
Keep clients informed throughout every stage of their investment journey.
Stay informed on precious metal markets, industry trends and product knowledge.
Attend networking events and industry functions to generate new business opportunities.
Maintain accurate client information and sales records using the CRM system.
Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
