My client is looking to appoint a Job Running Architect to take ownership of projects through the technical and delivery stages, playing a key role in the successful execution of live schemes.

Key Responsibilities for this Job Running Architect role:

• Run projects from post-planning through to completion
• Coordinate consultants, contractors, and specialist teams
• Produce and oversee detailed technical drawing packages in Revit
• Manage programme, budget, and quality throughout delivery
• Act as the primary client contact during delivery stages
• Ensure compliance with Building Regulations, planning conditions and industry standards
• Attend site meetings and support projects through construction and handover
