Lead Hand – Production Responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day support to Production Teams while promoting a strong culture of safety, quality, and productivity.
• Ensure all production personnel understand and follow applicable procedures, equipment requirements, and check fixture processes.
• Train operators on safety procedures, manufacturing processes, and quality inspection standards.
• Support workstation set‑ups including installation, testing, and adjustment of tools and fixtures in presses and process machines.
• Drive Kaizen events and continuous improvement initiatives with support from MPS teams.
• Ensure production and inventory reports are completed accurately and entered into CMI systems in a timely manner.
• Monitor employee adherence to procedures and company policies while providing coaching and performance feedback.
