Job Developer

The Job Developer will provide job placement services to the clients that are enrolled into the JEVS The Choice is Yours Diversion program, and the clients that are receiving post-release services that have been released to Philadelphia from the JEVS Get Ready, Get Set, Get Out Re-entry program.



Responsibilities
+ Maintain knowledge of the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office, Philadelphia Defenders Association, Philadelphia Criminal Municipal Court, PDDC Philadelphia Department of prisons, BCC/DOC
+ Collaborate to provide job search and job placement activities such as unsubsidized employment, unpaid work experience, and Community Service opportunities.
+ Use assessment results and software for customized job development, matching, and placement.
