As a Client Advisor – Job Developer, you will engage directly with job seekers to provide intensive support tailored to their individual needs. Your role includes developing employment opportunities for clients and collaborating with employers to ensure a good match. You will also assist with job search, provide ongoing support, and follow up to guarantee job retention.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with WorkBC Advisors for intensive client support
• Develop tailored job opportunities through employer relationships
• Negotiate job specifics, including accommodations
