Job Developer, Learn & Earn

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Job Developer will serve in this capacity for the Learn and Earn Program.



Overall responsibilities include:



Programmatic Duties
+ Lead work readiness training component.
+ Coordinate the participant and worksite orientation and placement.
+ Ensure that all worksite folders are complete, regularly updated and maintained in accordance with DYCD requirements, i.e. pre-assessment and assessment reports; licenses; trip schedules; application; assurances, etc.
+ Review participant timesheets for accuracy; maintain participant timesheets and attendance in accordance with DYCD policy and procedures.
+ Log participant timesheets in respective rosters for tracking purposes, and enter into DYCD online database system by given deadlines.
+ Prepare all back-pay requests and submit to Program Director for approval.
