Job Coach Opportunities – East Wales & West Wales

Position details: £25,200 – £26,780 Full-time | Permanent Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 4:30pm

We’re working with our client to recruit two Job Coaches to support participants across the Jobs Guarantee Programme – one covering East Wales and one covering West Wales. This is an incredibly rewarding opportunity for someone who enjoys motivating others, building relationships, and making a genuine impact within local communities.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting participants throughout all stages of the programme
• Conducting inductions, vocational profiling, and initial assessments
• Identifying barriers to employment and developing tailored Employment Action Plans
• Delivering one-to-one coaching and employability support
• Supporting with CV writing, interview preparation, confidence building, job searching, workplace behaviours, financial awareness, and travel planning ...
