- 12 years' experience as a Conveyancing Typist.
- Sound knowledge of conveyancing processes and documentation.
- Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Computer literate.
Duties:
- Preparing and typing conveyancing documentation.
- Assisting with property transfer matters.
- Liaising with attorneys, clients, financial institutions, and the Deeds Office.
- Maintaining and updating conveyancing files.
- General administrative duties related to conveyancing.
