Jira Administrator

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced Jira Administrator to manage and optimize our Jira Cloud environment end-to-end. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting our Engineering and Project Management teams, ensuring Jira is aligned to our operational workflows and strategic objectives. This position will also focus on post migration enhancements and ongoing configuration improvements. Responsibilities: • Serve as the primary Jira Administrator handling full lifecycle administration and support. • Perform Jira Cloud configuration and customization including: o Workflows, schemes, custom fields, permissions o Issue types, automation rules, notification schemes o Boards, dashboards, filters, project templates • Work closely with Engineering, Product, and Project Management teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective Jira solutions. • Manage Jira post-migration enhancements and troubleshooting as needed. • Integrate Jira with other tools...
