Experience:

• 1-3 years of experience in sales, retail sales, showroom sales, or customer handling
• Jewellery industry experience is preferred but not mandatory
• Candidates from similar industries such as apparel, luxury retail, cosmetics, watches, accessories, or premium showroom sales can also apply

Salary Range: 25k to 30k

Roles:

• Attend walk-in customers and assist them with jewellery selection
• Explain product features, pricing, and offers to customers
• Maintain excellent customer service and showroom presentation
• Build customer relationships and generate repeat business
• Handle billing coordination and basic sales documentation
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
• Coordinate with team members for smooth showroom operations
