Responsabilidades principales

• Gestión de indicadores (KPIs): Cumplimiento de objetivos de volumen, distribución efectiva, drop size y efectividad de visita.
• Liderazgo de equipo: Supervisar y coachear a los supervisores de ventas en el mercado (Acompañamiento en ruta).
