Alteo is looking for a JDE Business Analyst for a permanent job based in Montreal.

You will play a key role in identifying business needs, analyzing processes, and implementing JDE EnterpriseOne (E1) to optimize plant, warehouse and back‑office operations.

Responsibilities:

Business Process Analysis

• Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes and new requirements for EnterpriseOne (E1).
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to define functional requirements and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure alignment of business needs with system functionality and identify gaps that may require customizations or process changes.
• Provide day‑to‑day support to business teams in planning, supply chain, warehouse, customer service and other back‑office functions.

System Implementation and Optimization

• Lead the configuration, testing, and deployment of E1.
