Role and Responsibility
Analyzing and learning about the user’s needs and requirements.Developing and maintaining both front and back-end software based on Java technology.Reviewing code written by the team members and mentoring junior developers. Improving software and creating tools for less maintenance.Designing solution architecture to solve the associated requirements.Researching and enabling yourself on new technology to create a better product.Participating in agile working practices such as daily stand up, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
