Required Stats:

• Mid: 3+ years Java experience
• Senior: 5+ years and a few production scars
• Strong grasp of OOP, design patterns, and clean architecture
• Hands-on experience with Spring / Spring Boot
• REST APIs and microservices are familiar territory
• Comfortable working with SQL and/or NoSQL databases
• Git, CI/CD, and modern dev workflows don't intimidate you
