The role also includes managing software upgrades/downgrades via multiple methods, including MDMs like AirWatch, SOTI, and StageNow. Additionally, you will prepare reports, conduct audits, and provide regular updates to senior management. Experience with mobile device testing, automation, and defect tracking tools is essential.
