Genesis10 is currently seeking a Java Developer with our client in the financial industry located in Chicago, IL. This is a 12 month contract position.

- Develop and maintain Java based microservices using Spring Boot
- Design, build, and secure REST APIs
- Integrate applications with an existing OAuth2 authentication system
- Apply secure coding practices and remediate vulnerabilities
- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers
- Collaborate with architecture, DevOps, and security teams to build scalable, secure solutions
- Design and develop backend services while ensuring modern security best practices, including OAuth2, JWT, and Spring Security
