Java Backend Lead

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in backend software development with Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Hibernate, and JPA.
• Core Java Fundamentals:
• Deep understanding of Collections, concurrency, thread pools, JVM basics, and exception handling best practices.
• Experience with JVM tuning, garbage collection, and memory leak diagnosis.

Enterprise Java / Transactions:

• Strong grasp of EJB concepts (Stateless/Stateful), JTA basics, transaction propagation & rollback behavior, and
