Java Backend Lead

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
8+ years of hands-on experience in backend software development with Java , Spring Boot , Spring MVC , Hibernate , and JPA .
Core Java Fundamentals :
Deep understanding of Collections , concurrency , thread pools , JVM basics , and exception handling best practices .
Experience with JVM tuning , garbage collection , and memory leak diagnosis .
Enterprise Java / Transactions :
Strong grasp of EJB concepts (Stateless/Stateful) , JTA basics , transaction propagation & rollback behavior , and container-managed vs programmatic transactions .
Asynchronous / Messaging Concepts :
Proficiency in JMS fundamentals , message lifecycle , retry handling , and idempotency awareness .
Experience with Kafka , RabbitMQ , and message-driven microservices .
JPA / Persistence Layer :
Expertise in entity lifecycle , persistence context , ...
