Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in backend software development with Java , Spring Boot , Spring MVC , Hibernate , and JPA .
- Core Java Fundamentals :
- Deep understanding of Collections , concurrency , thread pools , JVM basics , and exception handling best practices .
- Experience with JVM tuning , garbage collection , and memory leak diagnosis .
Enterprise Java / Transactions :
- Strong grasp of EJB concepts (Stateless/Stateful) , JTA basics , transaction propagation & rollback beh...
