Java Backend Lead

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in backend software development with Java , Spring Boot , Spring MVC , Hibernate , and JPA .
• Core Java Fundamentals :
• Deep understanding of Collections , concurrency , thread pools , JVM basics , and exception handling best practices .
• Experience with JVM tuning , garbage collection , and memory leak diagnosis .

Enterprise Java / Transactions :

• Strong grasp of EJB concepts (Stateless/Stateful) , JTA basics , transaction propagation & rollback behavior , and container-managed vs programmatic transactions .
• Asynchronous / Messaging Concepts :
• Proficiency in JMS fundamentals , message lifecycle ...
