#LI-AS3 Job Description: Java Application Support and issue Troubleshooting Investigation and handling of issues escalated to L1, L2 support. Bug fixes for production issues. Review Splunk logs and application container logs, create splunk queries, alerts, dashboard Escalate and Co-ordinate with other teams in case of application abnormalities and failures Monitored ticket tracking tool for SR, Incidents, Problem management and maintain the SLA process. Ensure analysis of technical issues and their resolutions be performed as per best practices committed to the client Rotation based On-call support , sometimes on weekend Key Qualifications: Hands-on programming experience in Java based web application, Java, JEE, Spring framework, RESTful Services.
