Job Description

- Provide accurate Japanese–Indonesian interpretation during meetings, factory visits, training sessions, and daily business operations
- Translate documents related to manufacturing processes, production procedures, quality standards, technical specifications, and company communications
- Support communication between Japanese expatriates and local employees to ensure smooth business operations
- Assist Japanese management during business trips, customer visits, audits, and other company events
- Coordinate with Production, Quality Assurance, Engineering, Purchasing, and other departments to facilitate effective communication
- Interpret technical discussions and production-related matters in both verbal and written forms
- Prepare and maintain translation documents, meeting minutes, and reports as required
