**_Summary_**
_The Associate Manager, Language Management is responsible for developing a high-performing network of specialized internal and external linguists to support IQVIA Language Solutions (LS) performance and growth. They lead a reduced team in the pursuit of their objectives and are a primary point of contact for them in people-management-related aspects. In doing so, they maintain excellent relationships and ensure successful collaboration with internal and external clients/stakeholders._

**_Key responsibilities_**
_• Lead a team of Internal Linguists for them to perform according to the expectations of their role, in terms of goals and competencies._
_• Assist Language Manager in the setting of goals for those Direct Reports, based on individual and team performance analyses and on LS defined strategic priorities._
