**Job Title: Janitorial Worker**

**Job Description**

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitorial Worker/Environment Service Technician to help maintain the cleanliness, sanitation, and appearance of our medical services facility campus.

**Responsibilities**

+ Clean and sanitize restrooms, floors, doors, and high-touch surfaces.
+ Vacuum carpets, sweep/mop hard floors, and buff as needed.
+ Dust furniture, appliances, and surfaces (high and low).
+ Remove trash and replenish restroom supplies.
+ Maintain janitorial equipment and safely handle cleaning chemicals.
+ Communicate effectively with staff, tenants, and visitors (majority of cleaning is done after business hours).
+ Walk comfortably outside between buildings (multiple individual buildings onsite).
+ Perform other cleaning duties as assigned.
