**Job Description**
The Janitor / Environmental Services (EVS) Aide maintains a clean, safe, and sanitary environment throughout the hospital. This role plays a critical part in infection prevention, patient satisfaction, and smooth facility operations by ensuring all assigned areas meet established cleanliness and safety standards.

**Responsibilities**

+ Clean and disinfect patient rooms, bathrooms, operating rooms, and common areas in accordance with hospital protocols.
+ Perform routine and terminal cleaning procedures to support infection control standards.
+ Empty trash, biohazard waste, and recycling bins in compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
+ Restock supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, soap, and hand sanitizer in assigned areas.
+ Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors using appropriate equipment, solutions, and techniques.
