This role is essential for keeping our offshore projects safe, on schedule, and running smoothly. As the operator of a Self-Elevating Platform, you lead the crew, make key operational decisions, and ensure all work meets safety and quality standards. Your experience and leadership directly affect the success of the project and the safety of everyone on board.



What You'll Drive 
Operate and maintain one of our Self-Elevating Platforms on BESIX or third-party construction sites.
Work day and/or night shifts according to project requirements, operating the barge following instructions from project management. This includes positioning the vessel, preloading and jacking up the legs to the desired height, and assisting with site operations such as craning, loading, or offloading.
Lead, coach, and manage the crew necessary to operate and maintain the barge.
