Experience: 1–3 Years (IVF/Fertility experience preferred)
Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate, empathetic, and patient-focused IVF Counsellor to guide and support patients throughout their fertility treatment journey. The ideal candidate will provide counselling, explain treatment plans, coordinate with the clinical team, and ensure an exceptional patient experience. Candidates who can communicate fluently in Bengali will be given preference to effectively assist Bengali-speaking patients.
Preferred Language: Bengali (Fluency in Hindi and English is also desirable.)
Key Responsibilities
Counsel patients and couples regarding fertility treatments, IVF procedures, and available treatment options.
Explain treatment plans, investigations, medication schedules, and financial packages in a clear and empathetic manner.<...
