Job Description
LHH Lifescience is looking for Customer Care Field Manager (South Italy), preferably
located in Naples or Bari provides an excellent support to our customers. In this
organization she/he will drive a team of engineering people to provide a “white
gloves support for our customers”. He has to be focused in supporting the
organization growth creating base business retention through the field support.
As a member
of the Customer Care Management team, she/he will report to the Senior Manager
Service Operations. Being responsible of the base business retention
she/he will work closely with Sales team to arrange tailor made plan to improve
the customer satisfaction. She/he will be also responsible to improve the
Technical and Soft skills of her/his team ensuring the best-in-class support.
Support the Customer Care Vison and Mission to become in creating adding value
to customers being perceived as partner to improve the Lab performance...
