Reporting to: Head of Sales & Marketing
Location: Kuala Lumpur
Work Type: On-Site
Provide expert-level troubleshooting for diagnostic instrumentation, proprietary software, and chemical reagents to ensure distributor operational excellence.
Lead technical seminars and clinical workshops for laboratory professionals to facilitate workflow optimization and accurate data interpretation.
Maintain stringent adherence to international healthcare quality standards (e.g., ISO, IVDR) while managing comprehensive technical documentation and performance reports.
