Summary: The Technology Division at BCS is responsible for the operations, maintenance, and support of BCS applications such as FAST, Giro, CTS, PayNow, SGQR, TFR, eGIRO and its critical infrastructure, ensuring its operational stability, regulatory compliance, and service reliability. The IT Service Management Team under Technology supports critical business services such as FAST, GIRO, CTS and PayNow. The team delivers resilient, high-quality IT services through effective incident, change, problem, and asset management, operating at the core of IT operations to support both business continuity and customer satisfaction. The Release Management Analyst role is responsible for managing all technology related releases and ensuring releases are reviewed per the release management process.
