Pursue a leadership role as the Senior Manager of ITSM Audit in Toronto, Ontario. Oversee audit delivery across multiple ITSM domains, ensuring effective regulatory compliance and remediation processes.
In this position with a focus on IT Service Management, you'll manage end-to-end delivery of audits and regulatory issues while demonstrating excellence in program governance. Your role combines execution oversight, issue resolution, and the maintenance of a robust audit status across Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration Management Database (CMDB), Release, and IT Asset Management (ITAM).
