Wein Nordea is looking for an experienced and motivated architect to join our Service Management (BMC Helix) team. Working closely with internal product teams, vendors and stakeholders, you will drive the continuous enhancement of our product suite and help us achieve Nordea’s 2030 strategy.

About our team

The ITSM Solution Engineering team delivers enterprise service management technology to Nordea. The team consists of 20 members including ITSM architects, release train engineers, scrum masters, process & product owners, developers, testers and application & operational SMEs. We support decentralized decision‑making, flat hierarchy and empower you to make decisions and drive your area with full mandate.

Main responsibilities in this role
