Position Overview

Saskatchewan Distance Learning Centre requires one temporary full‑time Itinerant Teacher (K‑12). The campus location will be based on the successful candidate’s principal residence.

Responsibilities

Curriculum and Planning

• Sask DLC uses a centralized model for course development, and content can be adapted for students aligned with the adaptive dimension.
• Provide high‑quality synchronous and asynchronous program delivery to students in Kindergarten through Grade 12 using the centralized course content aligned with the Saskatchewan curriculum, engaging lessons and activities, formative and summative assessment, and meaningful resources.
• Integrate First Nation and Métis content, world views, ways of knowing and culture within the curriculum outcomes and program delivery.
• Ensure students understand the learning outcomes and that they are easily identifiable in lessons and/or assignments.
