IT&D Senior Manager, R2R & C&SF

About the role

The Senior Manager for Record to Report (RTR) and Controllership & Specialist Finance (C&SF) is responsible for managing the technical IT&D capabilities, BAU operations and future roadmap for these critical finance functions.

Your responsibilities

• Creating a roadmap to deliver the tools needed by the organization based in the ‘best-in’ class or cost model for the capabilities you own
• Managing BAU operations for the areas, supporting the Principal BA and the team on escalation and prioritisation
• Working with business users to support adoption of digital first tools and living the strategy, challenging where required
• Working with third parties to deliver outsourced models where needed or appropriate
• Supporting the IT architecture as required
• Supporting a data strategy in partnership with the data team
