Job Description

RINA is currently recruiting for a Italy Management System Certification Planner to join its office in Ancona or Pescara, Italy within the Mediterranean & Africa Certification Division.
Mission
The role of a Management System Certification Planner is focused on managing and planning certification audits. #LI-DC2 
Key Accountabilities
Coordinate with auditors, clients, and internal teams to define audit dates, scopes, and logistical details. 

Monitor deadlines and ensure timely execution of audits. Managing and contributing to development of existing and new planning tools and systems to track audit status and resource availability. 

Develop and maintain the audit calendar, ensuring optimal allocation of auditors and resources across certification schemes. 

Anticipate and resolve scheduling conflicts or resource constraints, escalating issues when necessary.
