Italian-Speaking Customer Support Advisor

About the role

We are looking for an Italian-speaking Customer Support Advisor to join our team in Lisbon. You will be the go-to person for Italian-speaking customers — handling their questions, solving issues, and delivering a great experience across phone, email, and chat.

What you will do

• Handle inbound requests from Italian-speaking customers and resolve them efficiently
• Log and track interactions accurately in CRM tools
• Escalate complex cases to the right internal teams
• Contribute to customer satisfaction and service quality initiatives

What we are looking for

• Italian at C1/C2 level — written and spoken (mandatory)
• English at a working level (B1 or above)
• Previous customer service experience is a plus — motivated newcomers welcome
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude
