IT Technician

We're looking for an IT Technician to join our client's team on at a local mine site. You'll provide day to day IT support across site, helping keep systems, networks, and users running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT support (hardware, software, network issues)
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems
• Manage helpdesk tickets and escalate when required
• Install and maintain systems, applications, and devices
• Support network infrastructure (switches, connectivity, VLANs)
• Maintain IT equipment and asset inventory
• Assist with IT projects and system upgrades
• Support users with training and best practices
• Participate in after-hours on-call roster
