**Temporary IT Technician**

**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
**Location:** Oklahoma City, OK

**Position Summary**

We are seeking a Temporary IT Technician to provide hands-on support for desktop hardware, IT assets, and end-user technology. This role is responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing IT equipment inventory, supporting desktop deployments, and assisting with technology projects.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Monitor IT systems and respond to service requests and incident tickets.
+ Manage IT assets, including tracking inventory, identifying missing equipment, and maintaining accurate records.
+ Monitor inventory levels of desktops, laptops, peripherals, and accessories to ensure availability.
+ Receive, prepare, package, and ship IT equipment to designated locations.
+ Track equipment shipments and provide status updates as needed.
