Job Description
A chemical manufacturing company is seeking a IT Technician III – Site Services Support supporting the IT Division located in multiple sites. This position will provide technical services and support for business systems and applications. Support site functions, roles, and initiatives, and assist in the formulation of procedures and best practices for users of applications. They will be responsible for incident and request management using ITSM tools, will assist in the formulation of procedures and best practices for users of applications, and resolve script issues as they arise. This person will also support network infrastructure activities, including racking and stacking hardware, managing structured cabling, configuring WAN ports, and assisting with firewall support and troubleshooting.
