IT Support Technician

We are seeking an IT Support Technician to provide essential on-site support and contribute to the day-to-day technical operations, primarily within our clients Gloucester office.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Work collaboratively with an external Managed Service Provider (MSP) to provide efficient and friendly on-site IT support, including resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist in setting up new users on all systems and applications, and installing the correct hardware in the office.
- Support the ongoing modernisation from server to cloud-based infrastructure.
