IT Technician

As an IT Technician, you are responsible to drive operational excellence by bridging the gap between IT infrastructure and end-user needs. This role ensures maximum system uptime through proactive troubleshooting of MES and SAP environments, while establishing robust governance and standardized workflows to scale technical efficiency.

Key Accountabilities

• Technical Support & Issue Resolution: Serve as the primary point of contact for diagnosing and resolving complex hardware, software, and application faults. This includes conducting rigorous post-resolution testing and follow-ups to ensure long-term system stability and user satisfaction.
• Infrastructure & Lifecycle Management: Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and networking hardware. Collaborate with the Purchasing department to manage the hardware lifecycle, ensuring all assets align with operational requirements.
