IT Technical Support

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support for automation controls and the entire IT infrastructure that supports our Warehouse Management System (WMS), including network connectivity, servers, and related hardware
• Responsible for the local setup, configuration, and ongoing performance monitoring of the WMS, ensuring it operates efficiently and meets the demands of our cold storage operations
• Actively support WMS data accuracy and ensure real‑time stock updates, troubleshooting any issues that compromise data integrity or system synchronization
• Work closely with the Group Shared Services ICT department and external vendors to ensure the overall stability and reliability of all facility‑specific IT systems and serve as the first line of defense for troubleshooting protocols when issues arise
