Job Description
Pay Range: $32.05 - $42.73While reporting to a Technology Services Manager, the Team Leader is responsible for the performance (quality and quantity) and work assigned to a team within the technonogy services department. Works closely with department manager to ensure all departmental tasks are performed within established timeframes. Administer, maintain, and recommend improvements on assigned systems. Handles more complex tasks within the department. Responsible for Project Management of special projects as assigned. Responsible for supervision of a team of 4 to 8 staff members.Associates degree in an Information Technology related discipline or equivalent education and experience 5+ years information technology work experience including 3 years minimum work experience in User Account Administration
